You pay Meta or Google directly for ad spend. VietGrow only charges the 23% management fee, and you keep full control of the budget.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Starter and Professional do not require a long-term contract. Please give 30 days notice. The first Starter term requires 3 months.
What is included in the initial setup?
Setup includes website, branding, Google Business Profile, social media setup, AI training, and the first 9 social posts. Delivery usually takes 10-14 days.
Can I buy individual services?
Yes. Use the À La Carte Services section above to choose individual services or combine them based on your needs.
What is the difference between the AI modules?
2A = data and reviews, 2B = auto-reply, 2C = booking, 2D = comment replies, 2E = phone AI. Professional includes 2A-2D. Enterprise includes all modules plus custom workflows.
